Felt Baby Shoes – DIY

If you are looking for a lovely idea of baby shoes, here is the perfect one! This DIY project inspired by ThePurlBee, will help you to create cute shoes ideal for autumn and winter.

You will need:
– felt;
– cotton thread;
– needle;
– elastic;
– chalk;
– felt baby shoes template;
– pins.

Directions: Cut fabric pieces according to the template. Cut two 1-inch lengths from the elastic. Mark the center of the pieces. Overlap the centers and pin the fabric parts together as you can see in the images. Start sewing all the way around the perimeter of the sole. At final, add the elastic and sew it inside the shoe (check out the images 13, 14, 15). And voila!
