22 Great Home Remedies for Acne & Pesky Pimples

Acne is one of the most common skin problems people struggle with. Some cases are more severe than others, but the impact it has on our body is not just aesthetic but also psychologically damaging. 8. Strawberries and honey – high in salicylic acid great for cleaning pores. Mix 3 mashed strawberries with 2 tsp of raw honey, apply to clean face and let it sit for 20 minutes.

10. Aloe vera – best to have fresh aloe vera leaves, and apply the gel on freshly cleaned face.
11. Sodium bicarbonate – miracle ingredient, amazing for treating different problems, also helps with acne. Make a paste from equally mixing sodium bicarbonate with baking soda and gently massage it to your face, for 2 minutes. Leave it on for 15 minutes then rinse.

17. Avocado and honey mask – full of nutrients and vitamins it’s great for sensitive skin. Blend together one avocado with 1 tbsp of honey and apply on clean skin for 15-20 minutes then rinse.
