Ways to Tape Your Breasts For a Strapless Look

There are so many beautiful sleeveless, open back and empty shouldered dresses we would love to wear, but for some women with bigger breasts it is quite difficult as they have to wear a bra, the straps can be seen and this ruins the look. Even for women with small breasts this can be difficult as sometimes a nice cleavage is very attractive. For both cases there is one smart and temporary solution: taping your breasts. This will help you to be able to not wear a bra and your breasts will still stay fixed, and will help you have a beautiful cleavage.

What tape to use?

The best and most recommended is surgical tape as it has a good hold and it is easier to remove without damaging the skin. It has to be wide and flexible, not noisy and not rigid, as you move a lot while wearing it (you might even hug people). Be aware that no matter what tape you will use it can still rip off skin and create damage, so be careful.

How to prepare for taping?

The skin has to be clean, no lotions or creams used before, no powder, just clean skin, preferable after a shower. If you have damaged or sunburned skin avoid taping.

How to apply tape?

Cut pieces of duct tape and stick them to the skin the following way: Start with the left breast and force it up, use the tape and stick it to the skin (it should be as long as to reach the right breast). Do more layers of this until you are sure it holds the skin. This technique will create also a very nice cleavage you will adore.

  1. To help remove the tape with less pain; lift the edges of the tape off your skin and pour alcohol over the tape. The alcohol helps dissolve the adhesive on the tape and it comes off so much easier !!

  2. Don’t forget to cover your nipples with a bandaid or something like that, it will be less painful to remove. No adhesives on the nipples!

  3. I have big breasts but I have some old stick-on bras, so I’m totally taping them on with this technique some day! Thanks!

  4. I don’t understad, what type of dress or shirt would you tape up for or down for? Is there really a difference? And the drawings you provided could you do a front and back so as to show how its done compleatly around. Thank you.
