All you need is: crochet hooks, thicker yarn in two different colors and, of course, crochet skills. The images below will give you an idea on how to crochet the medieval helmet, but you might need also some written instructions.
Unfortunately, there is only a Russian version of the directions. Check out these Finnish instructions and use an electronic translator if you’re not familiar with Russian language. In case you can’t deal with the crocheting, don’t get discouraged! The hat is available as final product on Etsy.
