For all those who are craving for a homemade dessert but still don’t have much time to spend in the kitchen we have a quick banana oatmeal cookie recipe. Besides being delicious, the cookies don’t need sugar so they are quite healthy and everyone will enjoy them, especially kids. This dessert can be made in no more than 30 minutes (both baking and preparation) and will give you no headaches.

You will need:
– 3 ripe bananas;
– 1/3 cup applesauce;
– 2 cups of oats;
– 1/4 cup of almond milk;
– 1/2 cup raisins (this is only optional);
– 1 tsp vanilla;
– 1 tsp cinnamon.

Directions: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and mash the riped bananas. Mix all the ingredients together starting with the bananas and oatmeal. Put some baking paper in a tray and bake for 15-20 minutes. Done!

  2. I got about 21 cookies from this. I was also wondering though, was I supposed to use quick oats? I used the old-fashioned kind and they seem fine.
