Give a new stylish look to your clutch bag recycling an old neon lace top or some other neon lace fabric.
You will need:
– a neon lace top;
– old clutch bag;
– scissors;
– fabric glue;
– needle and a thread.
Directions:
1. Take the top and cut it to create a case, where you will place the clutch bag. Start to sew where needed.
2. Turn the newly created case inside out, so the edges are seamless and place the bag in.
3. Glue the opened sides to the clutch, so that the zipper is outside and impeccably working.
As soon as it is dry, put your important stuff in there. And Voila!
