If you are a pancake fan, you will love this recipe that is healthy, cheap, fast and most of all full of proteins. You all know that bananas are the most energizing fruits of all, they take away your morning sickness, cure hangovers and combat depression, plus they offer you protection against diabetes, osteoporosis, kidney cancer. If you didn’t know, bananas have a high level of tryptophan, which is converted into serotonin, they sustain your blood sugar and produce stress-relieving relaxation (this means they can reduce PMS symptoms).
Bananas also have high levels of vitamin B-6, iron, they are high in potassium and low in salt. Need we say more? It is probably enough! You have to eat bananas as often as you get! This being said, we present to you this amazing two ingredients pancake:
You will need:
– one mashed banana;
– 2 eggs;
– oil for the pan (you can use palm oil or coconut oil).
Directions: Take the banana and mash it with a fork, whisk eggs in a bowl. Mix these two together. On a low-medium heat put the cooking oil in the pan, pour a little bit of the composition in the pan and let cook for 30 seconds and then flip it. If you want to impress with the presentation, use a few colored fruits (cranberries, strawberries, etc.) or/and a syrup you like. If you prefer, you can add in the composition some spices you like (cinnamon, vanilla, etc). Enjoy!
