Do you have a pair of jeans that are straight or did you just lost weight and want to adjust the size of your pants to your new size? Follow this project and you will be able to wear those unfitted jeans again. It’s a shame to give away a good pair of pants, so why not try to fix the problem?
You will need:
– thread and sewing machine.
Directions: Take your jeans and turn them inside out. Put your jeans on and with the help of the pins mark the outer seam just as tight you want your jeans to become. Pick the color of your thread and start sewing along the pinned line and be sure to sew over the original seam a little bit. Unpick the old seam and you can iron your pants and leave the new seam line like that or you can cut the excess fabric out if the adjustment is bigger. If you cut out the excess material just zigzag the boarders and you are done!
