Some people consider freckles extremely beautiful and some don’t like them at all. It depends on the perception of the person about beauty. In case you are one of those persons who have them and doesn’t like them we will show you how you can lighten naturally the areas where you have freckles. Even if you want them to be removed completely, you can’t without surgery so at least make the freckles less visible.
Reduce freckles with:
1. Lemon juice – is well known for its lightening properties and it is high in Vitamin C. Take a lemon and squeeze the juice of it. Take a q-tip, dip it into the juice and apply it to the freckled area. Let the juice sit for 10 minutes then rinse. Do this everyday and you will be able to see results soon.
2. Dairy – especially milk is one of the best things you can use to lighten freckles as the lactic acid peels away the top layer of the skin. Apply buttermilk to the areas you want and let it sit for 10 minutes, or mix some buttermilk with oatmeal and do a face mask and let it on your face for half an hour. Do this daily until you can see changes.
3. Vitamin C – eat more foods that are high in vitamin C like kiwis, spinach, leafy greens. The diet you have is very important for your skin, it affects how it looks.
Important: Sun causes a lot of freckles so one of the best ways to avoid making more freckles is protect yourself from the sun! Wear protective clothes and sunblock all the time and you will enjoy a beautiful skin for a longer period of time.
