On a great venue in Hällsvik, Sweden, that offers a perfect peaceful life, there is a modern house that attracts the eye with it’s design. The entire project of the house spreads over an area of 560 m2, and the house has three floors. The building benefits of a great view on the sea and it is suitable for a big family since it has 10 rooms. The entrance to this beauty is a great luminous one with a hall that has limestone floors that can be found also in the bathrooms, along with suited wall colors. The guests of the house can use two bedrooms with a bathroom each. From the entrance hall you can enter directly to the living room on the main floor, and it is also connected to the guests rooms. On the second floor you will notice there is a living and dining area that is just perfect for a social zone with a fireplace acting like a connecting element. The bedrooms are separated by glass doors that absorb the sound, doors that fit perfectly to the Swedish design of the entire house.
