Delicious taste, no bake, quick to make, everyone loves it are the words that best describe this dessert. You can make this cake and eat it immediately or you can put it into the freezer and you can consume it as ice cream. Either way, this is a perfect choice for people with not much time to spend in the kitchen. Time required to make this is approximate 15 minutes.
– 1 box of graham crackers;
– a few tubs (2 or 3) of marshmallow cream;
– 1 tub of unfrozen cool whip;
– 1 cup of heavy whipping cream;
– 2 teaspoons of vanilla;
– 1 bag of chocolate chips;
– 1 teaspoon of salt.
Directions: Take a cooking pan and put a layer of graham biscuits in it. Now, mix the marshmallow cream with the cool whip until it gets smooth and creamy. Add the vanilla to it then mix again. You can do this manually or use an electric hand mixer. Take the composition you just have finished and spread one third of it over the graham crackers. Add another layer of crackers again, then the half of the cream that is left. Take the chocolate chips, melt them on medium heat and add the remaining cream to the chocolate to be mixed together in something omogen. Add some salt and mix again. Put another layer of graham biscuits over the mixture in the pan then put the chocolate cream over. Put into the fridge for at least half an hour before being served. Keep it cool all the time and if you crave for some ice cream, leave it in the freezer for a few hours and you can enjoy a delicious dessert.
