Peel and cut kiwi in 1 inch thick rounds and insert a popsicle stick in each round, then freeze on a tray in the freezer. Melt the chocolate and the coconut oil over a double boiler, then cool to room temperature. Dip each Kiwi-pop into the chocolate mixture and place on a tray to refreeze. Enjoy!
